Overview

AMA.email is a monthly subscription service that provides retention marketing advisory for DTC brands. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.


What you’re subscribing to

Your subscription includes ongoing access to retention marketing guidance, feedback, and strategic support via email and/or async communication. This is an advisory service, not an agency engagement. I don’t directly execute campaigns or manage your email/SMS platforms unless explicitly agreed in writing.


Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date to avoid interruption of service.


Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting me directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.


Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel partway through a billing cycle, you will retain access until the end of that period.


Expectations and outcomes

Retention marketing results depend on many factors outside of my control, including your product, market, execution, and resources. While I bring experience and strategic guidance, no specific outcomes (revenue, conversion rates, or performance improvements) are guaranteed.


Use of advice

Any recommendations provided are for your internal business use. Implementation decisions remain your responsibility.


Changes

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
